Getting Started

Most factories are fully live within 30–60 days. Our structured onboarding process starts with your highest-priority module (usually HR or Inventory) and adds modules progressively. You'll have a dedicated implementation specialist from day one who manages the entire process, so your team can keep focusing on running the factory.

Not at all. FAKHR is a cloud-based SaaS platform — we handle all infrastructure, maintenance, updates, and security. Your team only needs a browser and an internet connection. Our mobile apps work on any Android or iOS device, and our interfaces are designed to be used without any technical training.

Yes, and it's included in every plan. Our data migration team will work with you to map your existing data (suppliers, customers, products, opening stock balances) into FAKHR's format and validate everything before go-live. We've migrated data from Excel, Access databases, and multiple legacy Arabic ERP systems.

Yes — we offer a 30-day free trial on the Starter and Growth plans with no credit card required. We also provide a live sandbox environment with pre-loaded sample data for a textile factory, so you can explore every feature before committing.

Features & Modules

Yes, full Arabic (RTL) support is built in natively — not an afterthought. The entire platform, including all reports, invoices, and interfaces, can be switched between Arabic and English instantly. Reports and invoices print correctly in both languages, meeting Egyptian accounting standards.

The production module is designed around the textile process. It supports work orders by loom or machine, tracks weft and warp consumption per batch, logs operator output per shift, and calculates efficiency (picks per minute, meters per shift). For dyeing operations, it handles dye recipes, batch sheets, and shade variation tracking. Quality control steps can be embedded at each production stage.

Yes. Enterprise and Growth plans support multi-currency transactions with daily exchange rate updates. Invoices can be raised in EGP, USD, EUR, or SAR, and the system automatically converts and posts the difference to a forex gain/loss account in your general ledger.

We have pre-built integrations with several Egyptian banks for statement import and reconciliation. For direct payment processing, we integrate via API with bank-approved payment gateways. Custom banking integrations are available on the Enterprise plan.

Pricing & Contracts

No hidden costs. The monthly subscription includes everything: hosting, maintenance, updates, standard support, and onboarding assistance. The only additional costs would be for optional add-ons (extra API calls, dedicated servers) which are clearly disclosed before purchase.

Yes, upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, you're only charged the prorated difference for the remaining days.

Yes — paying annually gives you 2 months free (an effective 17% discount). Annual plans can also be invoiced and paid by bank transfer, which many factories prefer for accounting purposes. Contact our sales team for annual pricing.

Security & Compliance

By default, data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the Middle East region (Bahrain). For Enterprise clients who require in-country data residency, we offer dedicated private cloud deployments hosted within Egypt at certified data centers. On-premise deployment is also available.

FAKHR has a granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. You define roles (e.g., HR Manager, Production Supervisor, Finance Director) and assign specific permissions to each role — down to the individual screen, field, and report level. A production operator can log their output without ever seeing financial data.
